While the flowers I bought were pretty, the customer service was disappointing. After handing me the bouquet, I asked if I could get a receipt. The woman helping me (who I assume is the owner) responded by saying I should have asked from the beginning. It only took her a few presses on the machine to generate it, so why the attitude? She then asked me why I needed a receipt. Honestly, is that a normal question to ask a paying customer? A bit of advice: customer service 101 would go a long way here.

The rose I purchased looked lovely and was wrapped nicely, however by the time I got the rose to my mother, the baby's breath started to wilt. When we went to put the flowers in water, I was disappointed to see the baby's breath stem was cut really short and taped to the top of the rose stem 😕

This florist is by far my favourite place ever, had the most best customer experience ever in my entire life. The flower arrangements were amazing you could see every little detail. I could feel the love coming from the flowers, it emitted a golden sunshine when i received it.

Looks like I’m not alone in having a terrible experience, so rude didn’t even say hello - needed bereavement flowers and she was just irritated and rude. Overpriced and already withering flowers.

First time customer definitely a returning customer. Amazing service, beautiful arrangments, made it real easy to send flowers to Mum being in another state. Keep up the great work guys... thank you.

I was there today as well, very bad service. I was there with my mum who has dementia. Mum who is old and sick who needs to touch and smell before make decision before buying, was stopped by shop owner not to touch her flowers. She also pushed the mop towards her legs. I am asking everyone who reads this to tell everyone that it is known how she treats old and sick people. She doesn't deserve even one star.

Just purchased some flowers asked to spray some glitter. Said it's only for very expensive bouquets. And refused even she said yes whilst taking the payment. Rude customer service. Will never visit this although this is my local. Doesn't even deserve a Star. So this means I won't support the local store.
