Woolworths Campsie is a well-established supermarket known for its wide range of products and convenient location in the Campsie area. While the store generally maintains a good standard of service, recent incidents have raised concerns about the quality of certain perishable items, particularly meat and fresh produce. The store's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, but there is room for improvement in ensuring the freshness and safety of all products.

Despite these issues, Woolworths Campsie continues to be a popular choice for locals, offering a variety of groceries and a generally pleasant shopping experience. Regular inspections and quality control measures are encouraged to uphold the store's reputation for providing fresh and safe products to its customers.

As a nearby resident and regular customer of Woolworths Campsie, I was very disappointed with my recent purchase of chicken drumsticks. On my visit today for groceries, I purchased two packets of drumsticks. One was on a "Quick Sale" for $4.32 (original price approximately $7) with an expiry date of November 24th. The second packet had an expiry date of November 27th. When viewing the packets in the sunlight, the Quick Sale packet appeared slightly yellowish, which I initially dismissed as a sign of being close to its expiration date. However, upon returning home and opening this first packet, I found the contents were smelling very bad and were not edible at all. I discarded this packet as a minor loss. My concern escalated when I opened the second, non-sale packet. While it did not smell as severely bad as the first, it still had an unpleasant, bad odor, indicative of beginning to rot. The primary reason for writing this review is to alert management and warn other customers that the meat products currently being sold, even those not on quick sale, may be compromised or not safe for consumption. I urge the store to thoroughly inspect and dispose of any other affected stock to ensure food safety standards are met. Thank you

I was really disappointed with the strawberries I bought here. They looked fine on the outside, but once I got home and opened the container, all of them were bad. Woolworths puts add for providing fresh produce, so I expect fresh produce, not fruit that’s clearly past its prime. I hope the store pays more attention and removes spoiled items from the shelves.

Small size woolworths. Not bad inside and staffs. But if you take the trolly full of grocery to its Carpark area it will be nightmare. Floor in Carpark and to woolies always brokon. Its crazy, how come they keep it like this for years, I dont understand. Only this makes it very low.

Nice clean store with wide isles and everything you would expect from woolworths. Very busy so fruits and vegetables are always fresh.

Good local supermarket — fresh produce, friendly staff, and a decent range of products. Can get busy but overall a reliable place to shop.

Such an old but great Woolies! The Fresh Food People! Carpark is a bit crowded, but that just means the place is very busy. Can't go wrong with Woolies! An oldy but a goody.

I’ve been shopping at Woolworths Campsie for five years and always found the staff polite. But today I had a bad experience with a staff member named Santosh. I told him I only had my card number, not the app, and he rudely said, "I’m considering you only this time. From next time, I will not do." He wasn’t wearing a name tag and only put it on after I asked his name. This is the first time I’ve faced such rude behavior at this store. I hope management looks into it.
