RAW Sunshine Coast - Custom Timber Furniture & Joinery

I got a benchtop installed in my new kitchen almost 3 years ago now. Initial contact was great- they could prioritise and get it done with a 2ish week turnaround. I always paid each instalment immediately upon receipt of an invoice. Then there were delays for personal reasons, that's fine, life happens. Then I specifically ask a question about whether my cabinetmakers could remove the doors etc to be painted and would it affect instal. I was told no problem. Fast forward 6 weeksish later, I still don't have a kitchen because the person in the office gave me the wrong info. Then the sink issue came on instal day. I made sure with both plumber and Raw trades that they would talk to each other about the hole for the spout. The RAW people just left it without a spout hole despite being given the specs. I tried to text a couple of times to discuss and he just left me on read ( Chris I believe is the owner). To top it all off, only a couple of months later, I noticed warping of the wood. I've been told by a woodworker friend that they didn't 2-pac it as they said. So daily I get to look at my badly done kitchen bench. It still bums me out, and means I'll never buy anything from them again, which is a shame because I wanted another benchtop and a dining table etc.

We have a gorgeous dining table (among many other things) from RAW, we have had it for over two years now and it's still looking just as beautiful as when we first got it. The team is so friendly and helpful and they always have a great range of new beautiful things. Highly recommend this interior gem on the Sunshine Coast.

Erm, beautiful. Everything in there is gorgeous. They were planning a custom bathroom vanity for a client while I was there (I listened in because it was amazing)... and I've decided that if I win lotto, I'll get them to do my whole house. Note: they did our kitchen last year and it's the best part of the house. We get soooo many comments on it. I've attached a photo of when it was nearly finished.

I was looking for a new bed frame that will suit a costal minimalistic style but will be solid and sturdy unlike my previous bed that had noise and durability issues despite the price we paid for it. Chris and Sam were wonderful to work with, very responsive and professional. Although there was 4 weeks delay with our custom bed, it was worth waiting for it! The bed frame is stunning and the quality is amazing! It looks like "forever" bed frame that I can pass on to my children 😆

Chris and his team at RAW were absolutely fabulous to deal with from start to finish. We had a custom piece in mind and Chris visited our home to help us fine tune and bring our idea to life.
