Pattison’s Patisserie

Pattison’s Patisserie in Cherrybrook is a much-loved local meeting place and it’s easy to see why. There’s an impressive selection of pastries, cakes and savoury food to choose from, all beautifully presented and consistently delicious. We tried their Basque cheesecake and it was absolutely scrumptious — rich, creamy and perfectly baked. The coffee is excellent too; baristas like Kelvin really know their craft and will happily make a fantastic coffee or any beverage to your liking. Highly recommended for meetings or just a quick refresher while out shopping. ☕🍰

One of the best cafes in the hills area. All staff are friendly and attentive Excellent assortment of desserts and light snacks accompanied by great coffee. Lovely decor too with both indoor and outdoor seating Highly recommend apple turnover and caramel eclair.

If you're at Cherrybrook Village, this cafe is a must-visit. The selection of cakes and pastries is exceptional - fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The coffee is well made. Plenty of seating. Overall, a fantastic place for a sweet treat and a relaxing coffee break. Highly recommend!

Service is good. Bulletproof 5 points. But desserts unfortunately every time have different taste. I can't say that I'm a frequent customer, but once a month I get a few items there. So after one year of visits my conclusion is: French vanilla custard tart sometimes has more sugar, sometimes less. Baked ricotta cheesecake sometimes is creamy and smooth, sometimes is chunky. Also ones I ate apple tart and it tasted like nothing. Eclairs also have no taste, because if you close your eyes, bite them one by one and try to guess the each kind, you won't be able to sort them out. Sorry guys, but you need to be more consistent, because it's not an artisan product. The only option with the same taste I could get and every time it was perfect, it was a caramel slice. My final mark for food is 3. So arithmetic mean is 4.

Lovely coffee every time! Totally recommend and we share a toasted almond croissant which is the best. Great service too

A proper cappuccino: no sugar, rich espresso, and milk perfectly fused — creamy but clean. Bold upfront, sweetly bitter on the finish. Ideal for those who like their coffee to speak first.

Great selection. Amazing taste overall. Only thing to improve is the coffee quality consistency. From great coffees on some days to vastly inferior versions on some.
