Unfortunately a bit disappointed with my experience. Due to their unexpected circumstances my order was not delivered on the requested date. This was already disappointing but couldn't be helped as they told me they had a power outage that day. They instead delivered the following day. However, according to the recipient, the message I requested was not included, just their (the recipient's) name and details of the florist. This meant the recipient was very confused and did not even know I was the one who sent it! Apparently the bouquet itself looked nice, but there are no photos because the recipient didn't know they were from me so they 1) literally went and tried to return the flowers to the florist but they were not in, and so 2) gave the flowers away to friends as they thought they'd randomly been sent them. The customer service has been good and very responsive, however due to the disappointing and convoluted circumstances I can't leave a positive review.

If I could give a minus rating I would, after turning up all the way from carramar to collect my wedding flowers they are not what I ordered. On speaking to the owner I basically got told oh well we are new owners and didn’t get clear instruction. Then told they didn’t have what was needed to rectify them and were shutting soon... seriously you are rude and irresponsible for your actions. You had made them wrong, I don’t care if you are new owners you now own the store and are responsible for the items being correct. No offer to fix them and deliver oh no that will be an extra cost, I don’t bloody think so!! No handover either and told to put flowers in the fridge when we were told by previous owners no way that will kill them.
