Very happy with the flowers delivered to my daughter who had recently moved to the area. The florist had delivered to this address previously, and knew that tenant had moved out. She rang to confirm the delivery address and recipient as coincidentally, both the previous tenant and my daughter have the same first name. This is service over and above expectation, and the benefit of using local. All was good
Marjan was a delight to help me with 4 bouquets, 4 centrepieces and 5 buttonhole pieces for my wedding. She truly went above and beyond for a very important event in my life. Bella Blossom exceeded our expectation every time we used them. They did magnificent garlands for our Son's Hindu Wedding function and beautiful White Lillies and Roses arrangements for our mother's funeral at short notice. The owner is an elegant, pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional Lady. She is hands-on, seen working in the store daily. We highly recommend Bella Blossom florist to grace any occasion.
horrible experience. i had purchased flowers for a friend to arrive while i was away, not only were the wrong bouquet delivered but it was delivered more than a month early. and when told about the mistake, they went to my friends house and demanded the flowers to be returned, and told her to keep the card as she was not getting a replacement. this experience has ruined my friends birthday surprise and the day in general. would not wish this treatment upon any birthday girl.
Beautiful bouquet of flowers, this is a close up taken 2 weeks after purchase - no wilting or browning, just in a vase with some water & sunlight! Reasonably priced and super convenient location, right next to entry/exit. I will definitely purchase again and highly recommend locals to support this small independent business!!
