Chips where stale Burgers where stale and made me have diarrhoea I brought a block of chocolate that was on special just to find out it was expired. They didn’t say that just the item was on special. And when I asked for fresh chips the lady said we have to use what’s in the hotbox first. They were so hard it could brake a rock. A waist of money. I can’t wait for the new shopping centre to be built. Then I never have to go back here.
Since the new owners have taken over the iga has gone down hill. Too many times now I’ve gone there and the delivery trucks has blocked the entry and exit for over 15-20 minutes, no one can get in or out. There was over 10 cars trying to park across the road just to enter the shops. I have lived down the road for over 20 yrs and never seen this. This also affects the bakery and bottle shop. I recommend to go to a different convenience store if you can.
Came in for a drink and snack. Plenty of drink choice in the front area. Easy snacks and a hot box of that's what you need. Easy to access and staff pleasant
I perchased a hamburger for $9 that was crusty and squashed it tasted good but it also gave me diarrhoea. The burger was definitely not worth $9 even with out it making me sick. It’s more like a $4 burger on special because it was so stale and looked like someone stood on it.
I’m so sorry but since this store changed owners/management the atmosphere has changed and the product variety has decreased. Can no longer go there for a quick stop. Have gone in a few times only to find out a product we always brought is no longer stocked. Hotbox isn’t the same. Gary used to always try to stock what the locals needed, not just follow the norm so to speak. A few locals I have spoken to also feel like this.
I'm a support worker and I take the disabled to places where they want to go and shop. The only dislike is the disabled carpark spot is difficult to park in. As it's a busy place. Better off parking across the road.
Staff awesome. Hot food great. Needs toys like it used to have.
