Target Morayfield

While target has good stuff at Christmas time I’m abit upset that I brought a heap of underwear from target only to find out a couple of days later the stiching was coming away which means I had to throw them out not very good quality at all. Now I have to go buy more underwear but sadly I won’t need buying them from target anymore. Cheap and crap

Menswear range choices are good and good quality. Prices reasonable. The range for younger men doesn’t have all the latest brands but has a lot of nice choices. Preteen girl’s range is terrible with next to no choices and very ugly clothes at the moment. Younger kids range is very large at the moment and cute. Which is great for families with little ones.

There are some nice girls working at the checkout. I was returning some boots that I walked out with in the trolley and forgot to pay for as I thought my mum paid for them. I was awkwardly walking up to the checkout to explain that I walked out with them and she called me stunning. I didn’t even know what to say. I never get compliments but she was stunning too. I love her. Favourite worker and I never even shop at target lol This was at 12:30 on a busy Saturday.

I tried to return a poor quality product which was only worn for 3 hours and their policy states you can return items if you are "un happy with the product " .They refused to refund the shoes. A $60 pair of Fila shoes should be made of better quality you shouldn't be able to feel the honeycomb ( part of heel ) when you walk. The honeycomb will collapse after a couple of months of very uncomfortable wearing and possibly cause damage to your heel. Won't shop hear again!

Good products and helpful staff. Though, at least in my experience, they don't always have enough stock of clothing items and much of their products are very expensive alternatives to items you can get from other places. However, the quality of their business clothes (jackets, pants etc.) ae VERY high and you'd only need to get one or two to last you a lifetime. Overall, a great store.

Thank you Karen! Bought a bike online from Target for my daughter for Christmas. It was delivered from the Morayfield store but I wanted to return it to my local store due to it being faulty. We had tried to tighten everything (after having it professionally put together in the beginning) but found out today that it was definitely a fault. My daughter had a decent stack today on her first proper ride when she turned a corner and it all went out of alignment causing her to fall. The staff at my local store (I won't mention the store or names as this is to just thank Morayfield store) wanted me to take it in which is an hour round trip, wait a week for their bike guy to fix what is clearly a fault and then for me to return to collect when they call me. I phoned Karen and she got it all sorted for me from her end so I could drop to my store for a refund, no fuss from her at all and she completely understood why I didn't want my daughter back on it. Went in and got my refund, no eye contact or smiles from the local staff that probably weren't happy someone else helped me. Thanks again Karen, money is very tight for my daughter and I and with the refund and a bit extra I was able to go to a bike store and get her a new one. This store is generally kept clean and tidy. It's one of the more upper market stores for the Caboolture/Morayfield area. I find shelves are generally fully stocked. They have greatly downsized their home entertainment area, not even sure why they bother to keep anything in that space now. I usually shop here for kids toys as they're usually either competitively priced or have items I can't get at other stores in the complex.
