Pillow Talk Morayfield

Absolutely loved my time with Sharlene at the Morayfield store. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and listened to what l wanted to accomplish. She then set about creating and achieving a look that encompassed all the things l had said. Thank you Sharlene. I have taken some before and after shots. I am yet to learn how to do the throw thing.

A week overdue but a big heartfelt thank you to staff member Sarah for helping me choose all our new towels and bedding for our new home 💕 Sarah, you were absolutely fabulous and so kind, patient, even on a hectic Saturday with 30% off in store! It was crazy busy, yet you were such a trooper and made the whole experience enjoyable. A huge thank you as well to Manager Nikki for introducing me to the Pillow Talk concierge service (which I’d never heard of!) and a special shout-out to Claire and Zac from the online concierge team for their help too. Feeling very grateful for such wonderful customer service. 💗

Spacious warehouse store. Lots of room to move around especially if you need a comfortable shopping experience with a walker or wheelchair. Selection is great. Well stocked and priced. Specials are true to word and clearance section still offers good quality and value for money items. Friendly and helpful team. Lots of curb side parking, just as spacious

Incredible customer service experience with Tash yesterday. While browsing for towels, bath runners, and bedding, Tash noticed I was trying to coordinate everything and went above and beyond to assist me. Her kindness, patience, and genuine helpfulness made my time in Pillow Talk truly enjoyable. I can honestly say her customer service was beyond anything I’ve ever encountered Thank you again, Tash, for your help yesterday.

Click and collect was efficient and my order was carefully wrapped as it was a delicate. Staff were friendly for initial greeting, and at the register. Store layout was easy to navigate and visually appealing. Overall a pleasant experience shopping here.

It was very pleasant. The lady who served us was lovely and very helpful. And the pillows we chose are great. Had a great night sleep. They were a great price. I purchased 2 bath sheets on line from Pillow Talk. Australian cotton. Great towels, arrived quick and a great price and quality. Thank you Pillow Talk.
