Noranda IGA

I have no idea what has happened to this store. The shelves are not well stocked anymore, staff do not care about customer service, and you have to go looking for your own trolley outside. Sad to see such good store go downhill like it has.

The staff are always quite nice and polite and they have a large selection of ready made meals which is good, however the fruit and vegetable section seems to be a lot smaller since the new owner took over.

Young staff excellent service all staff are very professional and happy always smiling respectful and ready to help keep the fantastic service

i had a really nice experience with a young man stocking the shelves, his name was Xavier and he was very helpful and polite. I am pleased with the way he acted and i believe he should get a raise or some sort of praise.

Had an awful experience on the phone with DARLENE as well as in person in store. My first time in the area and store. She was extremely rude and short with me for no apparent reason. Head in her phone when I was asking her a question, no politeness what so ever. When i mentioned that she was rude and should be nicer to her customers, she laughed in my face multiple times and then had another co worker come and yell in my face! His name starting with J (from what I remember), baffled to say the least. Do better Darlene and J Kaiser at the front counter on the other hand, he is amazing and has fantastic work ethic and is extremely welcoming and nice! Have contacted corporate to recommend some re training in customer service.

The few times i’ve been to this IGA, I have had nothing but great service! The shelves were tidy, and the staff were very kind. Shoutout to the checkout chic that helped me find products with a smile on her face, I believe her name was Lilly, #1 employee!

The deli is the reason for the second star as they do have a good selection of fresh cold meats. The fresh produce does not compare to the big two by a long shot.
