EDIT: Victoria personally reached out to me to apologise for the flowers and delivery and have since arranged for another bouquet to be sent, which I appreciated. Original: I bought peonies from Victoria Whitelaw back in November and they started wilting in less than 24 hours. I reached out to share feedback at the time but never heard back from them, which is why I’m leaving this review. For the price I paid and for a luxury florist, I expected better quality flowers that would last longer. It was disappointing to see them wilt so quickly and then to receive no response or follow-up.

The bouquet was beautiful and well arranged, but the price was incredibly high. $285 for 8 roses, two chrysanthemums, and two blue hydrangeas feels excessive. Perhaps part of the cost was due to the box arrangement. I didn’t ask about the price beforehand, and when the bouquet was ready I paid quickly, but I was honestly in absolute shock at how expensive it was.

Flowers delivered with a half soaked & leaking box for $52. Had to find a vase and manually place them in before bringing them into the house as the water was well beyond leaking. Called up twice and both times - zero follow up when they promised they would. Disappointed.

Thanks for sending such a lovely flower arrangement. My sister was delighted and sent me this message: "One of the nurses just shifted where your flowers are so she could see them from her desk - they really are stunning." I thought you would like to know how much pleasure you delivered.

A fabulous interactive experience, Victoria's knowledge and passion for flowers really makes the whole workshop fun! Victoria's gorgeous personality and sense of humor made for a really wonderful experience. We came home with the most beautiful home-made bouquet of flowers. It was really fun walking around the flower market and seeing each trader's floral range. Worth the early morning wake up for the coffee and delicious pastries too. Recommend to anyone whose interested in flowers!

I sent an email 10 days ago about my horrible experience ordering flowers at Victoria Whitelaw Beautiful Flowers and never got a response. I was holding back from writing a review but feel like I have to now since no one has responded to my complaint. I ordered 50 roses expecting fresh, beautiful flowers. However, upon picking it up, the roses were already wilted, partially rotten, and in unacceptable condition. These photos were taken as soon as it was picked up and it shows how bad the quality was. I understand that flowers are seasonal and sometimes may not be peak season for the specific type of flowers. However as a responsible store, it should be your responsibility to inform me earlier or call me that morning explaining that the flowers are not in their best condition and offer an alternative solution. The flowers were $425 so we expect a certain level of quality. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers - had to be thrown out after two days. My partner ordered two bunches of peonies as a gift ($145). Upon delivery, the flowers looked wilted and sad. The greenery looked bug-bitten and damaged. I called to request a refund and I was happy to return the flowers. The owner explained that the peonies were of low quality due to being at the end of their season. If that's the case, I believe they shouldn't be sold, or at the very least, sold at a discounted price. The owner kindly offered to send a replacement bouquet instead of a refund, but unfortunately, the second arrangement also contained older flowers that had to be thrown out after just 2 days. While I appreciate the effort to send a replacement and the customer service was responsive, both bouquets were disappointing and not worth the price. This was not the quality I expected, and I hope the business considers improving the freshness and care of their flowers in the future.
