The Beautiful Bunch created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding day. The team were amazing to work with and made everything so easy for us to enjoy our special day. The colour palette was exactly what we wanted and matched our venue perfectly. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a team that will make your day look and feel special!

I bought a signature bunch of the day and they are just beautiful. I also made a mistake with the pick up day and the staff were lovely about it and let me pick up anyway. Great customer service. I will absolutely buy flowers from here again!

I really regret having to write this review but I have no other option after the very dissappointing experince with them. Danielle and the events team completely ruined my wedding bouquet and lapel flowers for the groom's people. I spent two months sending emails back and forth with them about the specific bouquet I had in mind for the most special day of my life. I sent them quite a few inspiration photos of what I had in mind. Flowers are very important to me and I wanted my bouquet to reflect that. On my wedding day when we picked them up I immediately started crying. The bouquet looked NOTHING like the pictures I provided. Flowers were OLD, DRIED and the bouquet had Chrysanthemums!!! a funeral flower ( or a flower that looked a lot like it!!) . The Beautiful Bunch offered to make a new one after I called them but because of a very tight wedding schedule I wouldn't be able to see the bunch until I was about to walk down the aisle! IMAGINE THE STRESS! I spent hours stressing about something that I had been planning for months and their excuse wad that they were too busy and had bigger weddings on the day. As if my wedding wasn't important because it was smaller. In the end the new bouquet was better than the other one but nothing crazy, still didn't match my expectations and was missing flowers I originally requested like anthuriums. They didn't offer any apologies or follow up emails after all this very dissappointing experience.Instead I was the one emailing them after all of this. I wish I had the read the other reviews they have for weddings because now I see I was not the only one who had a bad experience with them.
