I had a very similar experience to Bec L. Charged me $52 and the bunch looked terrible. More leaves than baby’s breath and roses. I will never return here again. If you’re at Top Ryde, don’t waste your time or money with this florist. Head straight upstairs to Wild Rose opposite Coles. Much better quality, the bunches look amazing and are half the price.
Ordered a bouquet without seeing the final product before paying. Bouquet looked cheap, had no theme, was >50% leaves and greenery, and had no small details. Asked specifically for purple flowers but got none and the response was that the cellophane wrapping was purple. The pink cellophane also stained my hands a neon pink everytime I held it. Florist was rude and pushy with demands and addition of one extra flower was quoted as ~$10. Quality of the bouquet and the service was not worth $50.
I asked a lady to change one of the flowers for another as it was wilting and she refused to although she had another bunch that she could have easily replaced it with. I will be taking my business to Woolworths flowers now. You lost a customer.

Highly recommend, much better than the shop upstairs, here you get lovely cusotker service and fair prices.
