I ordered a bouquet for a graduation for $75 & it was not money for value that’s for sure. I left the arrangement up to the florist & it really was underwhelming, very disappointed. A couple of flower cuttings only have a stem of about 5cms & the greenery was old. The wrapping was subpar, just looked like it had been chuck on, no care. It was wrinkled & looked horrible. I will never buy from there again.
Received the most beautiful bunch of flowers for my birthday. Just lovely. Fantastic quality.
I asked for a red wrapped bouquet with a red ribbon. After paying, not only was the bouquet wrapped in pink but the ribbon was green. I asked the staff to change it but only then she tells me that they don’t have anything red.
Fresh, pretty well priced flowers, the lovely woman who served me was even kind enough to include free wrap and ribbon with my flowers.
The lady at settle petal was fantastic, really helped me out as I had no idea which flowers to pick. Much better then supermarket flowers.
Best service by the owner Bec. 10/10 went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend
