Fantastic customer service. After initially delivering to the wrong address due to a GPS error, the driver then returned to the delivery point even though she had finished for the day and personally re-delivered the flowers immediately. Flowers were nice, the same could not be said about the rubbish they called chocolates. Don't offer a service if you cannot deliver on it. Absolutely humiliated as these were a gift that was opened up in front of about 20 people. Will never shop there again. Sent an email and still have had no reply. Pathetic
