Agreed with many other reviews, terrible business to deal with. The old lady working there was so rude! I was standing in front of the cool room and having a glance of the flowers on the trolley. And she came to me starting to question if I’m in the trade. Which I’m. The way she talks and questioning just rude and annoying, making you not welcomed. Business who doesn’t appreciate customers has no future. Will never deal with them anymore.

One star for the lovely Asian lady who helped me after an older staff member unnecessarily confronted me for walking in the wrong area. After reading your business’s response, I’d like to suggest that you to train your staff—especially this grumpy older employee—to properly welcome customers. Instead of standing by and waiting for customers to look lost before approaching them, she should kindly ask what we’re looking for and offer assistance. Additionally, this staff member’s unclear and confusing explanation only made the situation worse until another employee (the only one that deserves a star) thankfully stepped in and properly guided me to the right section. To add to the disappointment, two younger staff members saw me struggling and walking in the wrong area but made no effort to help. Honestly, what is going on with this place? This interaction left me feeling anxious, and it has completely put me off from sourcing my flowers here. It’s quite ironic—flowers are supposed to bring joy, but this staff member was anything but joyful.

Absolutely shocking! For my first time getting blooms from there, one of the "owners" snapped at me the entire time and just shrugged her shoulders at me when I asked the price of something. Then continued to rudely yell when I was about to put my flowers on the counter to try to pay. The rest of the staff are amazing and apologised on her behalf, but that is no way to run a business and talk to a customer. Beautiful flowers and great quality, but don’t think I’ll be going back again.

Great selection of flowers but the gentleman that works behind the counter, maybe the manager or an owner is a horrible person to deal with. I was completely shocked by his attitude today and you could tell the staff were as well. As a small business owner I believe customer service is priority number one. He needs some training in how to deal with customers. I urge you to shop elsewhere, a place where you are treated respectfully as a customer.

Petal and Rose uses this wholesaler virtually exclusively for all its flowers. I'm there on a regular basis. The staff are warm, friendly and full of knowledge and patience for an independent florist like myself. The quality of the flowers is excellent and they always go out of their way to assist and get me what I need. Perhaps not as big as some of the other wholesalers but for me it's quality over quantity that keeps me returning several times per week.
