Sunset Flowers

I am a regular at Sunset flowers. Well, as regular as I can be… Wendy and the team are always so lovely and helpful and I always leave with the highest level of quality. I wish I have more photos of the example of their work to showcase, but I enjoy them when I have them and forget to take photos. Most recently, I dropped off some small bases and asked for a simple this little design for them as a centrepiece to a Christmas lunch table. And Wendy was perfect, helpful and so lovely! The small bouquets lasted in 35 degree heat for a second lunch the day after - WITHOUT changing the water in the bases. And the native bouquet still looks good 4 days since I brought it home. Highly rate this team for wonderful flowers.

Fresh & quick eventhough i got the flowers at the vert last minute. Thank u for ur help.

My mother ordered flowers to be delivered to me. Instead of arriving Monday morning as selected they were delivered some time Monday night without knocking or notifying via the contact number provided. Flowers were found this morning with the vase smashed and had obviously been outside all night. The flowers are also not even what mum ordered, and when calling the florist to ask what happened she was extremely rude and told her it’s not her problem. Would never order from them again, who puts daisies in a $150 bouquet of flowers. No thanks.

Very disappointed! Bought 2 bunches of oriental lily’s and other flowers for them to make a bouquet for my mother’s 90th. Went off to Woolies and came back to pick up… only one bunch of orientals was included! Always want to support locals but will never purchase from here again!

It seems like nearly everyone is writing decent reviews, well the customers service was terrible. The florist became annoyed and went the extra mile of even rolling her eyes at me when I told her that I would like to split the payment with cash and card. Last time I checked money was money no matter what form. I am completely appalled with the treat meant and service that I received. Next time I will buy cheaper flowers from the woolworths next door instead of supporting my local florist with the bad attitude. If I could give a zero I would.
