Heidelberg Online Florist

I’ve been ordering flowers regularly from Heidelberg online florist over the past two years. I can’t fault them. The prices are really excellent. The flowers are always beautifully arranged and fresh. Rachael did the flowers for my aunt’s funeral today. We were touched at the care she demonstrated. Highly recommended.

Rachael prepared the most beautiful bouquets and boutonnières for my wedding. Her packages (Rhiannon) were straight forward and made it super easy to organise with her. The packages were affordable but the quality and presentation weren’t compromised at all. Everything matched our colour scheme and was perfect 😍 I didn’t have to worry leading up to and on the wedding day at all.

My Celebrant recommended us this hidden treasure florist before our wedding. I was unsure at the beginning since I have been using another online florist even before we moved to Melbourne, which is ok for me and of course, you definitely don't want to try new florist in important occasions especially on your wedding day. But our celebrant is also a very very nice person, so I decided to trust and it turned out this florist is the best I’ve ever discovered. Due to the fact that I made the decision to surprise my wife not so long before the wedding day, so it was a bit of rush, but Rachael is very nice and helpful with all questions and requests , she was managed to solve my concerns even at Sunday night with responsive messages. The biggest surprise was still the gorgeous rose bouquet, the flowers are premium with so much extra decorations and carefully made packaging to keep them fresh. And of course the big effort and help from Rachael, she had delivered the bouquet herself to our ceremony park and carry it to us in person right after we exchanged the ring - at the perfect moment. We have tried many florists in store or online at Sydney or Melbourne, some are also very good, but this time is the best experience ever. Thanks to Rachael for all the help and effort to make our wedding day successful and memorable, really appreciate it.

Rachael did my wedding flowers and did an amazing job. She really carefully listened to what I wanted and the end result was even better than I hoped! I will continue to use her in the future when purchasing flowers.

100/10 (yes that's intentional). I can’t recommend Rachael enough! She created the most stunning bouquet for my recent wedding ceremony—it was even better than I could have imagined. Her creativity and eye for detail are unmatched—she designed something so vibrant and full of life, it was the perfect contrast to my white dress and captured the joy of the day beautifully. She also made an incredible boutonniere for my husband and took the time to make sure it was perfectly secured to his suit. Rachael clearly has a passion for what she does, and it shines through in her thoughtful, beautiful work. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make our day even more special! We cannot sing your praises enough!

Rachel was amazing! I needed a birthday bouquet and she had it ready in just 15 minutes. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and looked perfect. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants quick, gorgeous flowers!

I ordered some fresh flowers from Rachael for Valentines Day & I was impressed by the price and delivery time. The flowers arrived early morning which was great. The arrangement was carefully made & you could tell a lot of thought and effort had gone into it. 5 stars!
