I am based in the Uk and my son and his wife who live in Western Australia and have just had a baby girl, l and I wanted to send them a gift. so I contacted the Baby gift company who were very polite, understanding and professional, the gift I selected, was promptly delivery and they even contacted me to confirm that the delivery was complete, and they also told me that my son & his wife were very pleased and excited when they were handed the baby gift.
