Tranquil Blooms Florist were fantastic! I was able to do an order over the phone, not 100 % sure what to get but explained what was for and what I had in mind roughly and was sooo very happy with this beautiful box bouquet. Thank you so much for your great service, they were ready for pick up time and are gorgeous!

Every time we get flowers here they lady only a day or two. Today takes the cake. I get tulips are out of season right now but to sell rotten flowers is next level!! I got these last week and they were fine. Today my husband went in and got more and honestly what a waste of money….

Not only did they keep my chosen flower for collection by the receiver, but they also provided a message to accompany it and then emailed me back confidentially to say that it had been collected so I knew it had been picked up. I called the shop today and was served by an amazing person ( sorry , I did not get your name), who went above and beyond to help me. I needed a personalized bouquet for same-day delivery, and nothing was too much to ask for. They listened to my requests, put together the perfect arrangement, and had it delivered in no time! I’m extremely impressed with their service, so friendly, efficient, and professional. And the bouquet? Absolutely stunning! If you are looking for flowers around Carrum Downs area, this is by far the best store. The owner is just lovely, very helpful and kind. Got a questions or looking for something in particular, I'm always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. Beautiful fresh flowers at a great price, lots of different styles and accessories to add, you will find something for everybody!!
