Finding a good florist in Melbourne for funeral flowers is not an easy task when you are across the pond from Canada, but I was fortunate to come across Guanqing. Their flowers are beautiful and reasonably priced, in fact the finished product look even better than the picture on their web site. Winnie is professional, extremely efficient, reliable and friendly, she offered great suggestion on choosing the flowers, kept me updated with a picture of the order, a reassurance of a punctual delivery beforehand and a notification when it was done. Winnie and Ian did a great job assisting with our dad's funeral. We wanted Chinese funeral wreaths with the ability to have ribbons with Chinese characters. Funeral Flowers Guanqing created them with exceptional quality. The team were wonderful to deal with, prompt with their delivery and set up and took the time to proof read our ribbon messages and help us edit it. Our mum was very pleased and we are grateful for the team in helping us remember dad. Thank you and great work!
I had a good experience dealing with this florist. The cost for the sympathy wreath was reasonable. The wreath looked great and consistent with the pictures displayed in the website. I hired a stand for the wreath at a reasonable extra cost. I would say the delivery cost was a bit much, but the florist provided an exceptional delivery service. The delivery process was smooth and I was updated with a photo of the finished product, estimated time of delivery, and when the delivery was done. Thank you, I’ll definitely order again in the future when the need arrises.
