Frankie and Flora

Thank you Sherrie for such fantastic help when I was organising flowers to be sent to our son and daughter in law for Xmas. I had to contact Sherrie a couple of times to add to my order and nothing was ever too difficult and i was always greeted with such enthusiasm and good humour. I can’t recommend Frankie and Flora highly enough. And what a great name for a florist as well. Will definitely be a return customer.

Thank you for the most amazing service. I ordered flowers from New Zealand to be delivered in Port Douglas. The flowers were stunning, and the service was absolutely amazing. There was a slight mix up with the address and the staff went out of their way to accommodate the delivery. I can't thank them enough. Definitely worth more than 5 stars (if that was an option).

Sherrie was incredibly helpful, professional and accommodating After having my order cancelled last minute by Bloomex (will never use again) I spoke to Sherrie from Frankie and Flora and she made sure that my occasion did not go uncelebrated by returning to the studio and putting together a gorgeous bouquet for my girlfriend. Exception! So friendly and helpful! We wanted to customise our order with some extras and nothing was too much trouble. We were sent a photo of our order without asking and were thrilled with the stunning arrangement. With being on the other side of Australia, the way our order was handled by Frankie and Flora for our daughter's very special occasion meant so much.
