Gold Coast Picnic and Party Hire were absolutely incredible! Their response was so fast, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. We selected the DIY set up, which was so simple and easy to do, yet still looked absolutely stunning. The set up left all of our guests in awe — beautifully styled with such attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a magical, stress-free and memorable event!

Extremely unprofessional customer service by the owner. Threatened me with legal action when equipment was left behind at the pick-up location. I was charged for damage but no provided photos of alleged damage. The owner brought personal matters into the dealings and I had to be accommodating but the same courtesy was not extended when I wasn’t available to re-arrange delivery after items were left behind at pick-up. I was sent abusive and unprofessional text messages. I would not recommend this supplier on the Gold Coast. I was text at 9.30pm the evening before asking about theming and colours which had been briefed weeks ago, this didn’t instil confidence and was frustrating to receive so late in the day when I had taken the necessary steps to be organised. Overall, a very bad experience.
