I had an amazing experience at Lombard Richmond, all thanks to Tania! I was in a bit of a bind and needed a specific balloon that wasn't available at this location. Tania went above and beyond by arranging to pick it up from another store, ensuring I had everything I needed for my event on Saturday. Her dedication, helpfulness, and friendly attitude really made a difference. I truly appreciate the extra effort she put in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this store and Tania for exceptional customer service!

I was in this store and wanted to have a Halloween party for myself and was pleasantly surprised. This is a cool store. There you can buy absolutely everything you need, any decoration!

Great service but poor quality balloons. I paid for the high float to be added to the helium and all of the balloons had dropped by the end of the day. Cold environment, removed from transportation bag within 20 minutes. Expensive disappointment.
