Car drove well but interior was dirty and windscreen on inside was disgustingly dirty. Felt like no care was given to health and hygiene

Thank you to the front office lady for helping the wife and I get back on the road to Canberra, after a wombat took out our car the night before. It was great customer service by her, to help a stressed and tried couple make it to Canberra for meetings that morning. The extra humor when I returned the rental that afternoon (and food recommendation) really helped break up the stress of the last 12hrs.

I hired a van for a day and drove it for less than 10km But i was charged for extra 700 km and had to pay more and when i tried to explain that it wasn’t true, they end up charging me more from the bond. They didn’t even tried to look into the system and checked what was the actual thing. They just said that what’s in their system and charged me. Very unprofessional Poor documentation Not recommended

Steph was very pleasent and attentive when dealing with all my car hire bookings. There were no hassles, even when there were some last minute changes. It is always pleasurable getting into a clean, new car and the fact that 'everything works'. I would be very happy to recommend this business and the service it provides.

Very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and also worked around my schedule. I received an upgrade car that was immaculate both inside and outside, process of both pick up and return were quick and could not have been improved in any way. I rang only 3 hours before hiring - all was explained clearly and concisely on the phone, and all was ready for pick up when I arrived (30 minutes earlier than expected). Totally recommend.
