We recently engaged Bay Events to support our Centenary Festival, and we could not have been more impressed with the result. From start to finish, their professionalism, organisation and attention to detail were outstanding. Bay Events provided all of the marquees and furniture for the event and also played a key role in managing the overall event logistics. Their team seamlessly coordinated multiple moving parts including food trucks, carnival rides, fireworks, first aid services and bar operations, ensuring everything ran smoothly and safely for the thousands of people who attended. What stood out most was their calm, solutions-focused approach and their ability to manage a large and complex community event with ease. Nothing was too much trouble, and their experience and guidance were invaluable in helping us deliver a festival that truly celebrated our 100-year milestone. The event was a huge success and created an incredible atmosphere for our members and the wider community. We are incredibly grateful to the Bay Events team for their dedication, professionalism and hard work behind the scenes. We would highly recommend Bay Events to anyone planning an event and look forward to working with them again in the future.
We had a mix up on who ordered the glasses for the party. Bay Events were able to help us out immediately. Whilst picking the glasses up from their depot I saw what an amazing range of event goodies which I wanted to hire it all. I left with tables, table clothes and the best thing - I didn’t have to wash the glasses after use just return them. Thankyou Bay Events for making our family event so easy and special. We will be back.
We held a themed birthday celebration at the Bay Events warehouse for friends and family, we worked with Stewart on all aspects, we had some specific ideas and he filled the gaps in on others (professional party planner!!!), we brought in catering, a DJ, a mechanical bull, and his staff made it all run so we could turn up and relax. The venue caters to all ages and can be configured bespoke to your needs. Highly recommend Stewart and his team. 👌👌👌👌👌
Stewart and his team have organised 2 events for us so far this year. Both were amazing, and the Bay Events team went so far beyond what we expected, that we were able to just completely relax and not have to worry about anything. One of these was also postponed because the house came down with covid, and Stewart was totally understanding- taking the stress out of an otherwise horrible situation. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Oh, and the Bay Events ‘show room’ is awesome!
Stewart and the team was easy to work with from the very start of our wedding celebration planning. The event set up was coordinated very easily and Stewart went above and beyond to make sure that the Project Management elements were spot on. They also had a good relationship with local vendors which made it very easy to coordinate the event. Highly recommend the team.
Stewart from Bay Events was absolutely brilliant for our wedding! Stewart was easy to deal with, responded promptly, kept us in the loop and helped us with design ideas with our marquee. Stewart provided us opportunities to view the furniture we had hired and gave us suggestions with what we were hiring. He also invited us to view a marquee he had set up at our wedding venue to see how it all came together. We can't thank Stewart enough and the work he did for us to make our reception amazing. We highly recommend Stewart!
Stewart from Bay Events went absolutely above & beyond for our wedding, we cannot thank him enough for the work put in. There were a lot of obstacles he had to overcome and things went wrong on the day with other vendors we had hired (outside of his job or control) Stewart made sure the day was fixed and ran smoothly without us or our guests even knowing what had happened.
