Awesome customer service. Our book week costume never turned up (different company) and Creative costumes came to the rescue. Was after a last minute costume for Saturday night. I was disorganized and made an online purchase at 5:28am. The store doesn't open until 9am and the website says click and collect orders ready within 1 hour, so I was expecting my order to be ready by 10am. At 8:46am, I got a sms saying my order is ready to be picked up. These guys are supper efficient. Had my order ready before they opened.

Fabulous experience dealing with Creative Costumes. I ordered late a Sunday evening and received my parcel (interstate) early Wednesday morning. Costume was true to size, high quality and great value for money. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My daughter at the last minute decided to do halloween as a black plague doctor, creative costumes seemed to be the only place with a mask currently available but they were on the other side of town, but Jade was so helpful & organised a same day courier to get the mask to me. Customer Service that goes above an beyond & great quality products, would definitely recommend to everyone I know!!! Thank you so much for your help 🥰
