Lovely atmosphere and always a vibe. Lush greenery and lagoon swimming is a treat..great dining and array of good choices. Boutiques to shop and businesses to pamper yourself. Stayed at waterfront apartments and you are smack in centre of it all. Easy access to cruise terminal too which was a bonus for us arriving from a cruise. Plenty of happy hour venues and shirt stroll to wat tunnels and main drag of town and tourist highlights on foot. God I love this place
Stayed in a hotel right in the waterfront precinct. Great place to stay, heaps of restaurants & bars as well as the Wave Lagoon. You could spend 3 or 4 days without having to leave this area. Great range of restaurants, lots of cuisines to choose from. I think the best place to stay if you visit Darwin
2nd time to visit the Darwin Waterfront Precinct. There is an abundance of parkland space to pull up a picnic rug or have a cafe meal at some of the eateries dotted around the Waterfront. There is also a wave pool, inflatable diving platform and a protected lagoon to have a swim. You can also have a nice stroll along the piers that runs around the the waterfront.
Great place for families and travellers to visit and enjoy, refreshing water play at free and affordable options. Close to facilities, park areas, shops, restaurants and icecreams. Easily accessible from the city centre.
Great place to have meal or a drink and walk around to area.. we was in the wet season so relaxed feel
Lovely spot to sit for a while and it looked like lots of fun was being had while cooling off in the lagoon. After showers, public toilets all neat and clean. A decent range of eateries, and the Trampoline icecream is made there and was delicious.
Nice waterfront park with great protected walk paths and waterfront shops and restaurants, seems respite from city center Darwin. Strange palm trees with red trunks, so wonderful
