The T-Spoon Cafe Penrith

We had such a great experience at Tspoon in Penrith. The service was absolutely amazing, the team really take the time to look after you and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The food was just as impressive. We tried the Protein Bowl and the Kafta Bowl, and both were packed with flavour and tasted incredibly fresh. You can really tell they use quality ingredients and care about what they serve. Everything from the service to the food was spot on. If you’re in Penrith and looking for something fresh, healthy and delicious, I highly recommend giving Tspoon a try!

We came here for breakfast and absolutely loved it! The portion sizes are fantastic and offer great value for money. The coffee is incredibly delicious, and every dish we ordered was bursting with flavour—simply amazing! The service is outstanding! The staff are so warm, welcoming, and attentive that it really elevates the whole experience. Parking is super easy, and they cater wonderfully to all dietary needs, which makes dining here stress-free and enjoyable. Highly, highly recommended — a perfect spot for a delicious and uplifting start to the day!

Ordered an avocado smash and salmon avo duo. Really great quality, size and presentation. Staff were friendly and service came out quickly! Coffee was great too. The vibe and seating is also really modern and confortable inside the cafe. Great experience and prices, would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this cafe! The menu choice was outstanding for both food and drinks. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and a freshly squeezed juice. Both were exceptional. The "regular" size juice was quite big and I couldn’t drink it all, Stacey was on a break and saw me heading up to the counter to pay. She got up and offered to put the rest of the juice in a take away cup for me. It may sound like a small gesture but you don’t often get people doing this, these days so I was very grateful and impressed. I live in a different state and was just visiting Penrith for an event but if ever I am back this way, I’ll definitely be going back again. Went here over the weekend, had açai and omelet. Pretty good! Was quiet on Sunday at 8am. Due to location I think it would be busier during the week.

During my visit, the first thing that stood out was the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The cafe had a relaxed vibe, and the staff greeted me with genuine friendliness. I tried their roasted vegetable wrap with a haloumi sandwich, and both were full of flavour—simple but really well prepared. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable the staff were about vegetarian options; they offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. I left feeling satisfied and appreciated, and I’d definitely stop by again for a cosy, veggie-friendly meal.

I had a wonderful time here. The place has a great atmosphere, the food was delicious, and the staff named Aggie and Jem were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
