Amazing food! Thank you Chef Jordan and team who catered a baby shower event in South Cronulla for my dear friends last weekend... All our guests were raving about the wonderful canapes and substantials, delicious!

Jordan catered a birthday lunch for us out on a boat. He was super easy to deal with. Nothing was a problem. He replied very quickly to any questions. Great suggestions. The food was incredible and very generous quantities. I would highly recommend.!!!!!!

I hired Jordan to prepare a sit down lunch for 15 friends at my home for my 40th. The guests still rave about the food a year later. Many of them have subsequently approached Jordan for their own events. The ingredients were fresh, the recipes were unique and all dishes were presented immaculately and the service was top drawer. Jordan and his team really made the event a memorable one. I will be using Jordan at every opportunity moving forward

We recently had Jordan and his team cater a private Sunday lunch, and it was genuinely epic. The whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jordan collaborated closely with us on the menu, and every dish was perfectly executed. The crab was beautifully done, and the red emperor was easily the highlight for our group—many of us agreed it was the best fish we’d ever tasted. Paired with a perfectly matched salad, it was unforgettable. Another surprise favourite was the green curry oysters, genuinely the best green curry I’ve ever tasted, even compared to those I’ve enjoyed in Thailand. I’m now convinced oysters and green curry belong together forever. Jordan and his team were absolute professionals, working incredibly hard while creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. It was the most chilled, relaxing Sunday lunch imaginable, all thanks to their skill, warmth, and attention to detail. If you’re considering a private chef experience, Jordan is your guy. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Amazing food, crack team, great organisation, comms and prep. Worked really well in our space. All our guests were suitably impressed and I would not hesitate to recommend Jordan and the team to my friends. The food was beautifully presented and a contemporary Asian twist in traditional favourites. Although not the cheapest, I was sincerely satisfied with the value received. Thanks Firebyrd!

Jordan recently catered for my wife’s birthday with sixty guests at a private home. I must say the foods was outstanding. Far beyond what you would expect for a function that size. Each dish was special and lovingly prepared. The sort of food you’d expect from a top restaurant. And Jordan was a delight to work with, happy to discuss options and details about the dishes themselves. Since the event there has been ongoing comments from guests about the wonderful food and excellent service. And Jordan’s prices are very competitive. Particularly given the standards he sets. You won’t be disappointed I can assure you.
