RASHAYS - Punchbowl

When I had the sea food brisket I asked the waiter about the chips straight away as it was soggy, then start salad all the tomatoes spoiled, I showed staff, we took 2 squid was over cooked, old. She gave 20% but we couldn’t eat even 30%. Was waiting for chips, even they didn’t send us chips. I didn’t argue anything to pay but food quality was one star. Completely unhappy with food quality. I visited Rashays in Punchbowl for their buffet and was extremely disappointed. I even found a hair in my plate, which was very off-putting. On top of that, the food was cold and the taste was very poor. To make things worse, many items were not refilled, and when I asked, the staff apologized saying the food had already finished. Overall, the buffet experience was really bad, and I don’t plan on returning.

I’ve been here a few times. Came here in the day time so there wasn’t any rush. Service was ok. Food was good fish servings would be appreciated if it was bit bigger. Nonetheless was nice. Dip portion was a bit small asked for more ( was not complementary it is an extra charge, which is fine). The price on the menu was different to real price. We found out later ( time of paying). Maybe it was a weekend or weekday price that was different. I’m not going to argue for a couple of dollars but highliting this for to customers would be appreciated. Note: for some people with a halal diet, someone mentioned their chicken is not hand slaughtered, some may have issues with that . I also think they have alcoholic drinks. They say they are halal you can choose to stick with other items like meats and seafood. Allah knows best.

Rashays Punchbowl: Disappointing experience overall. The chicken portion was quite small, especially for the price. The chips were inconsistent, some were hot while others were cold. The mushroom sauce was served in a plastic takeaway-style cup, which took away from the dining experience and looked careless. Presentation wasn’t great, and to make matters worse, the glass I was given wasn’t properly washed. When I ordered a drink, the cup was cracked, which raised hygiene and safety concerns. Overall, the meal and service lacked attention to detail and basic quality control. Not what I expected dining in.

Iftar buffet food and service was 10/10. Manager Rabih was an absolute gentleman and went above and beyond to serve my family and find the kids dessert alternatives due to nut allergies of the buffet desserts. Went and got them ice cream not included in the buffet so they didn't miss out. Very hard working staff constantly running back and forth refilling the food and helping patrons. Absolutely fantastic experience, hats off to staff and manager Rabih, legend that didnt even get to break his fast on time

Few weeks ago I has a really bad experience at rashays but because my son loves to go rashays so we decided to visit again....it was Monday pizza 🍕 special day....we ordered pepperoni and supreme....surprisingly 😯 it was delicious 😋, perfectly cooked, great food quality and quantity. Staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂 Maria was amazingly kind and patience . Will definitely next time try burgers special. I think its under New management 🤔. If they will keep continue this good service and food definitely Rashays will be back into business.

Honestly worst service and time here. I don’t know if Bashar is still running/managing this location but it’s gone down so much in service and food. I ordered their limited item Steam Frites and instead of the steak sauce I swapped it for their creamy mushroom sauce. Firstly the steak was so dry even though I ordered it medium rare and the sauce serving was so small was not even enough for the chips or the steak. I paid for my order early because my battery was very low. As part of my order I got brownie for dessert and told them to bring it after dinner. I finished eating and literally wait for 40 mins for the dessert. It was already 9:44PM. I told the staff to check on it twice. No update Bad service and bad food. Never coming again
