Shish Shawarma & Grill

I used to love this place. Must have ordered at least 50 times over the several years. The food truly is exceptional. Biryani rice delicious too. Recently they both increased their prices (totally understandable) but also reduced the size of each portion by about 30%. The skewers are smaller, the wraps, even the rice. And that really soured me unfortunately. The food fortunately remains fantastic, particular fond of the lamb skewers and shish kebab wraps. One of the few places that serve actually good hummus in Australia. So I still recommend it.

Staff are really nice and helpful and the food is delicious. I had a falafel wrap, with freshly made falafel. My partner had the lamb and equally loved it. Good quality meat as others have mentioned.

The place was lovely. The service was amazing, they acted like you actually mattered. The food, delicious. I got the platter and hsp. They were both so good and juicy. I also got the shawarma it was a bit dry so if you go just ask for more sauce on it. I highly recommend for any foodies and I recommend coming here. The price is reasonable swell which is a bonus. The quantity was also good depending on the price.

The lamb was outstanding — cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and had a rich, smoky flavor. Not a single undercooked or dry spot. The chicken was packed with flavor — perfectly seasoned, juicy on the inside, and had a light crispy texture on the outside. Every bite was enjoyable. The quantity was more than enough — everyone ate to their heart’s content and we still had some leftovers. The delivery was on time, the packaging was neat, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, a perfect choice for a big group. 5 out of 5 stars

HSP spot on! Always hits the spot. Amazing portion for the price. Love the friendly attitude of the owner always lively. He explained everything well and gave us suggestions when we were in dilemma with ordering. Cozy little space to dine in. We tried shish plate for the first time loved it. The chicken shish was the best. Yummy dips too. Definitely recommend this place. Won’t dissapoint!

Honestly, this place is legit! I recently moved to Hadfield, and have ordered dinner from here a couple of times now (many more to come), and every time, the food is always delicious! Portion sizes are really generous, and on top of that, the lady who takes the order, and the man serving up the food, are both so lovely and sweet!

Decent Kebabs and meals. Friendly staff.
