Soul Origin

Tried the dishwater-flavoured coffee from a nearby competitor first… big mistake. Soul Origin Mornington absolutely saved the day. I work night shifts in emergency, run on caffeine and vibes, and still make time to take my mum out for coffee — and she loves this place. She swears she’s never had a burnt or bad coffee here, ever. The staff are genuinely lovely, and honestly, if someone ends up with a lukewarm coffee because they didn’t hear their name, that’s not a "bad café" — that’s a "please speak up and they’ll fix it" situation. These guys actually care. Great coffee, great people, zero dishwater energy. Just go try it. I absolutely LOVE the staff and coffee more than sleep..or will pretend I do to make them feel good about their magical coffee machine skills.

This place made the best Almond Latte☕️ My to go Coffee before school pickup. I All The food were delicious too! And all the staff super kinds.

the people are so nice and the Chais are amazing!!! but the last few times i have gone the people haven’t added enough salad for my $13 worth… over the summer this has been an issue whereas in winter it’s the opposite and they overflow the bowl! idk if it’s new staff or what but i am sad bc now i am hungry

We used Soul Origin for a work function. The food was fresh, tasty and everyone in the team commented on what a good choice we had made with Soul Origin. Highly recommend for your next work function.

We attended for the first time today since Woolworths moved into the centre and there new section was opened after renovations. We have had coffee at various Soul Origin outlets across Melbourne ranging from Glen Waverley, CBD, Bayside and now Mornington. Always found the coffee to be good quality and this was no different. Couldn’t fault it.

Got the chicken tonkatsu, Caesar and chicken and avocado salads. Three salads for $12.50. The salads were tasty and fresh. Service was friendly. A nice healthy alternative food court option. Recommended.

I go to the Mornington Centro store nearly every day for my coffee hit. Staff are are great and up for a chat if they have time. I really like that. Coffee is great as well. Plus if you join their loyalty club you get $5.00 off a coffee every fifth visit. I'm very happy with them.
