Temaki Sydney - an absolutely incredible experience! From the very first interaction through to the end of the night, everything was handled with complete professionalism. The setup, the flow, the presentation - just perfect. Chef Marinos was not only incredibly skilled but also such a great presence at the party. Everyone loved him, and he genuinely made the night. The food was outstanding - fresh, beautifully presented, and hands down the best sushi we’ve ever had! Could not recommend more highly. A huge highlight of the event and an experience our guests are still talking about. You will not be disappointed!

We had the pleasure of having Chef Marinos from Temaki cater sushi for my birthday celebration, and the experience was truly exceptional. Chef Marinos created a stunning fire and ice sushi presentation featuring incredibly fresh and delicious seafood that impressed all of our guests. He also thoughtfully prepared a variety of sushi rolls for those who do not eat seafood, ensuring that everyone was catered for and felt included. His professionalism and passion for his craft were evident in every detail. Chef Marinos went above and beyond to make the event special, and his warm presence added to the overall experience. We are incredibly grateful for the effort and care he put into our celebration. I highly recommend Chef Marinos to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated sushi chef for a special occasion.

Temaki catered my son’s engagement party. Everything was outstanding … from start to finish the process was easy and professional. We had 180 people and no one went hungry … an abundance of delicious food both wonderful to look at but more delicious to eat! A real treat!!! Thank you Marino

I highly recommend Chef Marinos for the beautiful experience! Marinos created an amazing spread of sushi and sashimi, using fresh ingredients. Marinos was friendly, warm, smiley, and accommodating. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic - the kitchen was spotless once he was done!

My friends and I wanted to do something different to celebrate our birthdays so we decided to book the Live Chef experience with Temaki Sydney and the entire experience was exceptional. When I made my initial enquiry, they responded quickly and sent me an information pack which was clear, concise and made it easy for me to decide which package suited me and my friends. Once we made the decision to book, the team at Temaki responded quickly with a quote and we locked in the event date. On the event date, they arrived on time, prepared amazing Sushi in front of our guests and were really friendly. They also left the kitchen very clean when they wrapped up. Overall the food was incredible! It was fresh, tasty and the portions were very generous. I am still talking about how good the sushi was. I'd say this is the best sushi i have ever eaten. We had more than enough food and we couldnt wait to eat the left overs the following day. I highly recommend the live chef experience. I plan to do this again for a future event.
