Worst service. The guy came and ordered some parts then come back to instal the parts. After 1 week same issue with dishwasher. They said technician will come as its under repair guarantee. No body come back. Then the guy said technician fell from roof he's on rest contact after 1 month. When i tried to contact they stop answering my calls and text msg.

Jason came to fix our deep fryer. He turned up on time, and spent the time he needed to get it right. Very much appreciate the service and highly recommend. Will definitely use him again if we need to.

Gold Coast Catering Equipment Services are one of the best quality services I’ve ever been introduced too. Treetops Tavern have been using them which is where I currently work! I had come into work a day ago where our dishwasher was not working to come in the next day and they have gotten the parts ASAP and is installing them. Great attitude to be apart of, super friendly and they get the job done! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs repairs!

Super professional. The two technicians who came were on time, courteous, funny, & lovely tradies who even asked for a mop to clean up after the job was complete! Highly recommend - & it was so refreshing not to get the usual misogynistic garbage I usually have to deal with as a female business owner. Well done guys, I’ll be calling you again for sure. 👍

I can't speak highly enough about Jason and his team. We have used Jason for the last 3 years. I find Jason and his guys to be reliable and honest which can be rare these days with contractors. We work in restaurants and down time of equipment has to be minimal and Jason always make it a priority to get us back up and running quickly. Thanks so much guys!
