On what should have been one of the happiest days of a couple’s life, Let's Eat failed in an inexcusable way. Despite placing the order well in advance, a significant portion of the food was never delivered. There wasn’t nearly enough to feed all the guests, and shockingly, the bride and groom had to resort to ordering pizza on their wedding night—just so everyone would have something to eat. In addition to this, the food that was supposedly meant to be hot, was cold even though an extra fee was paid to ensure hot delivery. This wasn’t a small mistake—it was a complete breakdown in professionalism, organization, and customer care. To then be told that no refund would be issued—because of the number of changes the bride had made—was truly unacceptable. Changes or not, they failed to deliver what was paid for. I cannot in good conscience recommend Let's Eat for any event, let alone something as important as a wedding. If reliability and accountability matter to you, look elsewhere.

Let’s Eat Lonsdale - 1 star food with an extra star for the price. Don’t like raw bacon on my burger! You said it was grilled but it looked like it was cooked with the heat of the burger. Burger comes with cheese so ordered extra as very few places get it right these day…and of course no cheese at all. For the price I didn’t expect it to be blow your head off good but they didn’t even get the ingredients right. And lastly the Angus beef patty was more akin to cheap overcooked sausage.

Absolutely appalling. (Please note the 5 star reviews are from the previous owner NOT these Shams). My Daughters Wedding was just over a week ago (April 2025) and they hired this catering company to provide the food for the reception. When the food arrived the lady took the money, no receipt and as my daughter was being introduced to the guests for the reception she didn't get to see what food was delivered. When she got to see what was delivered, the lady had gone, money gone, no receipt and only half the food had been delivered. They paid for hot delivery as well and the food was cold and stale. They have refused a refund and blamed my daughter for changing the order too many times - which I would think a catering company should be able to be professional enough to keep track of their customer's orders. Absolutely disgusting - do NOT trust them with your event!!!

Went to a wedding on the weekend fully catered by these folks but only like half the food ordered was delivered and the guests had nothing to eat until some pizzas could be ordered. When the bride called the owner they were SO disrespectful on the phone and hung up on her, making her cry. ON HER WEDDING DAY. So damn awful. I want to make sure everyone I know knows never to use these folks.

Had Let's Eat Catering for my wife and I's wedding, this past weekend on the 12th of April. I am absolutely disgusted with their absolute lack of business ethics. The food they delivered was cold, even though we paid extra for hot delivery. Half the food wasn't even there. We paid $2600 for a food package that would value $300 at best at any other place. They refuse to talk to us after Yelling at my wife. Let alone a refund of any sort. The owner even blamed her, because.. "she changed the order too much". Yes she changed the order 4 times..the last change being 2 months prior to the date. Which tells me they screwed us over out of spite. We have all receipts and correspondence on hand, as soon as we get back from our honeymoon. we will be taking this further. Shame on these scammers to so blatantly rip us, or anybody off for that matter, on their wedding day.

Do not work with this company. They stole money from the wedding I attended, not delivering allot products, leaving the attendees with not enough food, and making the lovely bridal party organize extra food in the form of pizza. on their wedding day. It's a profoundly shameful act and is exceptionally unprofessional. I am appalled by their actions.
